Peanut Butter and Banana Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Add the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and cinnamon to the bowl and stir until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the treats on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving to your pup!
Carrot and Apple Pupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded carrots, grated apple, honey, coconut oil, and egg together.
- Add the whole wheat flour and baking powder to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving to your pup!
Sweet Potato and Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cup ground turkey
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potato, ground turkey, grated cheese, and egg together.
- Add the whole wheat breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let cool before serving to your pup!
